Rebecca Zepick
Musician
Rebecca Zepick lives in Wichita, Kansas and has been performing for more than 20 years. She studied music at Manhattan School of Music in New York City where she learned to use her voice to tell a story and entertain audiences. She continued her music and foreign language studies in Salzburg, Austria and at the Sorbonne Université in Paris, France.
Rebecca performs both classical and modern styles of vocal music for operas, weddings, religious services, and other private events.
Rebecca serves as the Outreach Coordinator for the Wichita Grand Opera. She and a team of musicians take music into schools, senior living homes and public spaces. She loves sharing the music that has brought joy to so many people for centuries. She says there is nothing like seeing the eyes of people light up as they hear this music – whether for the first time or as one of their favorites.
Rebecca also covered the arts community for the Wichita Eagle as freelance reporter writing about classical, jazz and ballet performances in Wichita. She worked as a digital reporter for KWCH-TV (CBS) and covered a variety of news stories including high school and professional performing arts events in Wichita.
